The Avalon High School boys soccer team saw its season come to an end with a 5-0 loss to San Dimas, on Saturday at San Dimas High.
The Lancers entered the playoffs as the Academy League champions and won their first-round CIF-SS Division 7 playoff game by the score of 5-0 over Whitney High on Feb. 7. The Lancers were 7-0-1 in league play and 9-2-3 overall this season.
