The Avalon Youth Soccer League ended on Saturday, Nov. 10, with the 3-5 grade boys and girls teams and the 6-8th grade teams playing their Championship games. The league this year had 120 participants overall with double the growth in the pre-kindergarten – 2nd grade and the girls 3-5th grade.

The league also saw an increase in female coaches mentoring the young ladies and fathers stepping up to mentor the boys. All Coaches help make the league the best year yet.

Every team represented an international club, Brazil, Spain, Argentina and the USA which gave it a world cup flair.

All the leagues were fairly close with it coming to the final games of the season to claim the league champions.
