09-04-2019 – Deputies arrested Annabelle Edwards from Avalon for allegations of assaulting a victim with serious bodily injury, and violating a domestic violence restraining order.
Deputies arrested Raymond Lee from Fullerton for suspicion of domestic violence assault near the Casino on Casino Way.
09-05-2019 – Deputies received a call that a female was topless on the beach next to the Blue Water restaurant. Every deputy at the station responded and determined the female was wearing a thin skin colored top.
09-06-2019 – Deputies at Two Harbors arrested Blayne Dawson from Key West, Florida, for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance at the Two Harbors campground. Deputies were called to the campsite due to Mr. Dawson causing a disturbance with another camper.
Deputies arrested Brandon Desart from Loomis, California, for allegedly being drunk in public at Sumner Avenue and Beacon Street. Mr. Desart’s alleged intoxication made him forget where he was staying so he started banging on numerous doors to different residences until someone called the deputies.
09-07-2019 – Deputies handled numerous intoxicated people leaving the Catalina Wine Mixer. Non intoxicated friends escorted the intoxicated ones back to their hotels.
09-08-2019 – Deputies were called a local bar in the 100 block of Catalina Avenue regarding two people fighting in the bar. Deputies arrested Dakota Nash from Avalon for allegedly being drunk in public after he was allegedly involved in the fight.
09-09-2019 – Deputies responded to the 100 block of Middle Terrace regarding a burglar alarm. Upon their arrival, deputies learned the alarm was accidently activated. There were no crimes violated.
09-10-2019 – Deputies warned numerous motorists about wearing their seatbelts while driving in the city of Avalon. Seatbelts save lives.
