Island residents, Jessica and Carlos Cisneros, have a new addition to their family and his name is Noah Carlos Cisneros. Noah was born on April 26, 2021 and weighed in at a solid 7 pounds, 15 oz. He was 20 inches in length. He is a little brother to Azariah who is 5 years old, and Lacey who is now two. Carlos has been an Avalon resident since birth. “We are so excited to be raising our girls and new son here,” Jessica said. Noah is the grandson of Alfredo and Caroline Cisneros, owners of Katie’s Kitchen.
