Thank you, Buddy Wilson
My family would like to thank Buddy Wilson, his family, and his companies (Lloyds of Avalon, and Catalina Island Golf Cart / Cartopia rentals) for choosing to be our son Gabriel’s first local sponsor. His very generous contribution has made it possible for our son to travel to Malaysia to compete in the Asian Development Tour this week, and also will assist him in entering future tournaments as well, and we will be forever grateful to him for that. Mr. Wilson is always giving back to this community, supporting its youth, donating for local improvements, while also supplying jobs to so many local residents, who he treats like family. This town is very lucky to have him.
Just like all golfers, Gabe has worked very hard to try to make his dream of playing professional golf a reality, but it hasn’t always been easy. The one thing he has been lucky enough to have throughout his journey, that others don’t, is the kindness and support from this community throughout the years. Every bit of encouragement has meant the world to us and we would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. They say it takes a village, and we are so lucky to live in such an amazing one.
