Land tour of the Year
This year’s 2014 Land Tour of the Year Award goes to Catalina Conservancy Jeep Eco Tour.
We found their Driver/Guides friendly and very well trained.
Our customers raved about their experience on this tour.
Conservancy staff, even when very busy, showed customers respect, along with being friendly and ready to help.
Their management is organized, efficient and understands the importance of customer service.
Ocean Tour of the Year
This year’s 2014 Ocean Tour of the Year Award goes to Island Water Charters Parasail Ride.
Their various parasail rides thrilled our customers.
Their office staff knows the word “busy” and always does their best to be friendly and accommodating.
If a day turned out to be busier that thought, they would add a boat rather then turn folks away.
This year’s award comes with a $100 gift certificate from Steve’s Steakhouse restaurant for each company to award to the one person in their organization, who they feel contributed most to enhance customer service.
Catalinatours.com will also identify these two tours on the compan’s web site as winners of the 2014 Tour of the Year Award.
