The Avalon High boys basketball team is hosting a key Express League game on Thursday, as Tarbut V’ Torah will be in Avalon to take on the Lancers. Heading into next week, the two are the only unbeaten teams in league play. Avalon is 4-0, while TV’T is 5-0. The Lancers got off to a strong start to the season, but will be looking to snap a four-game losing streak in non-league games. The game is scheduled for 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 10.
