Food is powerful medicine. In this interactive talk, she’ll share how everyday choices can boost energy, support immunity, and improve health conditions like high cholesterol and diabetes. She will talk about how small changes in your kitchen can create big shifts in your well-being.

Did you know?

Making the right choices and shifts with your diet can help prevent chronic diseases, improve treatment outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and promote overall well-being.

  • Fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants can reduce inflammation and protect against chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer.
  • Whole grains and fiber can help regulate blood sugar levels and improve diabetes management.
  • Healthy fats, such as omega-3 fatty acids, can support brain function and reduce the risk of depression.

As part of the presentation, Dr. Warren will do a live recipe demonstration – that you can sample – with practical tips you can take home.

Spanish translation will be offered. Refreshments and lite snacks will be provided.
