Island residents Jessica Romero and Carlos Cisneros added a new addition to their family on Jan. 2, with the birth of a baby girl, Lacey Cisneros. Lacey weighed in at 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20 inches long. Lacey’s dad was raised on Catalina and her grandma Caroline owns Katie’s Kitchen.
