Raised on Catalina Island, Daniel Robert Felts grew up constantly surrounded by breathtaking coastal scenery. His mission is to share these views, and his unique perspective, with people who are unaware of the beauty that Catalina Island has to offer. Daniel has an immense passion for both photography, and his island home. His photos showcase everything from the local flora and fauna, to the sometimes-overlooked beauty in everyday life.

He also uses photos for graphic designs. Capturing images of iconic architecture and historic Catalina Tile, he uses them to create unique designs for clothing and apparel items.

Growing up on the island, Daniel has had to wear a lot of hats. He has worked as a commercial fisherman, a handyman, a painter, and a housekeeper to name a few. Daniel is also a musician and enjoys singing for the local band “Undercover.” He is an avid fisherman and outdoor enthusiast.

Daniel’s goal is to educate people on the unique island treasure we call home. Winning multiple awards for his photos, Daniel will continue to immortalize Catalina through his lens for many years to come.
