According to Nicole Hohenstein, Avalon Rotary Club member and annual event coordinator, “the funds raised for future Rotary service programs totaled over $25,000 with final accounting not yet in hand.
A raffle that includes gift certificates to local businesses valued at over $1,500 is ongoing through Oct. 23 with tickets available by calling or texting your request to 310-510-2788. Tickets are sold at $5 for one entry and $20 for five entries.
