65th Annual Catalina Festival of Art

Courtesy photo One of the longest running and most acclaimed art festivals in California returns on Sept. 20-22. Artists from all over the country exhibit along the pedestrian friendly, ocean front Crescent Avenue and sell their works of fine art, jewelry, pottery, stoneware, sculpture, fine crafts and photography. Highlights include charity art auction and kids art show. The kids art show will be on Saturday, from noon until 3 p.m. There will be lots of prizes for kids k-12. Children can bring their art to the stage between 10 a.m. and noon and the awards ceremony will start at 3 p.m. on Saturday.
