Matters regarding your   personal property

First and foremost, please safeguard your personal property.

Most thefts that occur in Avalon are crimes of opportunity, i.e., a cell phone left on the front seat of a golf cart, tools left in the back of a truck, fishing equipment left out on a porch, etc.

Please protect your property by properly safeguarding it, which would include locking your doors, keeping items of value in your possession and not risking a theft by leaving items readily accessible to anyone walking by.

If your personal property is lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as possible.

We need to document the incident and help prevent it from happening again to you or someone else.

Most importantly, the sooner we are made aware of an incident, the better the chances are that we may be able to assist you in recovering your property.
